So when we heard that Ram was increasing production to try to meet the national demand, we weren't really surprised. The new transmission, improved fuel economy and all-around better ride quality has been getting rave reviews from hard-working American truck enthusiasts all across the country.
To help with this increase in production, the company is working to improve quality, efficiency, and, most importantly, safety within the confines of the factory. They've redesigned over 353 work stations and created pre-assembled kits for improved efficiency. They've also introduced automation changes in the body shop, and worked to correct any issues that posed threat of injury to workers.
