In case our website hasn't already given it away, our Ithaca area Chrysler dealership is supporting the fight against cancer. We're proud to be donating $100 for every vehicle sold in October to the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund. Of course, we're not the only branch of the Chrysler family getting involved.

At the very top, the Chrysler group is propelling initiatives to raise more awareness and to combat the disease. To start, the automaker's headquarters is all decked out in pink all month long.

Nancy A. Rae, Senior VP of Chrysler Human Resources explains, "Chrysler Group is proud to participate in the annual campaign to increase awareness about the resources that are available to foster early detection, treatment and prevention of breast cancer. We are pleased to add our voice to this important cause."1

But they're not just using their voice to raise awareness; they're donating to the heart of the cause--combating cancer. The automaker recently sponsored the American Cancer Society's Cattle Baron's Ball in their hometown of Detroit. The 11th annual event of its kind raises money to support the American Cancer Society's numerous volunteer efforts. As part of the sponsorship, a Chrysler 300C was donated for the gala's annual auction.

We think that it's great to see so many initiatives working toward a great common goal.
